iphone screen protector and case

BARCELONA, Spain--A lot of of companies like to describe their products as different, but the Asus Padfone is in a class by itself. Asus took cues from its own Transformer Prime and Motorola's Laptop Dock when designing the device. Though it starts out as a phone, you can slide into the Asus Padstation for a tablet experience. And if that's not enough, you can turn the tablet into a notebook by connecting a separate keyboard accessory. If you're a little confused, I don't blame you, but this exclusive hands-on photo gallery from our friends at CNET Asia should explain it all.

Though Asus has chosen Mobile World Congress to officially debut the PadFone, we first heard about the concept last year, With a standard candy bar design, the handset doesn't look too unusual, but look a little closer and you'll discover that there is a lot iphone screen protector and case to see, The Padfone has 4.3-inch qHD display with a 960x540-pixel resolution, Fortunately, Asus packed the handset with Ice Cream Sandwich (Android 4.0), Touch controls stand in for physical buttons, and a VGA camera lens sits just to the right of the speaker..

On the top end sit the Padfone's power control and a 3.5mm headset jack. Behind the battery cover is the SIM card slot and the microSD expansion slot for cards up to 32GB. And, yes, this is where you put the 1,520mAh battery, too. When you're ready to slide the Padfone into the tablet, just press the latch on its top side. Pressing the latch will eject the tablet when you're finished. To insert the phone, just slide it into the dock until it clicks into place. The holes on the tablet's door allow you to use the Padfon'e camera when it's docked.

Can't decide between a new phone and a new tablet? Asus is here to help with the PadFone -- a 4.3-inch smart phone that transforms into a 10-inch tablet, Our buddies over at CNET Asia have iphone screen protector and case gone hands-on and have snapped some delicious-looking photos, The phone itself offers a 4.3-inch AMOLED screen with a 960x540-pixel resolution, It's not quite got the super-high definition of phones like the Sony Xperia S, but it at least seems pretty bright and reasonably vivid, With its sloping bottom edge and circular textured back, it has a design that makes it stand out from the usual black rectangle smart phone crowd..

If a 4.3-inch screen isn't big enough for you, then pop the phone inside the tablet body and get swiping on the 10-inch screen instead. There's no processor inside the tablet, so it's basically like a big case, with the phone itself providing the power. It's packing a dual-core 1.5GHz processor, which should make the phone pretty nippy. But once you start using a more demanding big screen, you might see a bit of a slowdown. It's running the latest version of Android, known as Ice Cream Sandwich, which luckily is designed to provide a similar experience on both phones and tablets. When you're just using the phone, the interface is similar to what I've seen on the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, but when you're using it in tablet mode, it becomes pretty much identical to what you'd find on the Asus Transformer Prime.
